it was the first time i'd seen any incarnation of the dead in the 2000's and the first show i could walk to since the '89 mecca dead shows and a jgb show in the early 90's. it's a great sounding, highly listenable audience recording that captures the fun and revelry transpiring around it. the opening space > cassidy > dark star is still my favorite opening sequence by the dead post-jerry. the loose lucy thru bucket material (with willie) remains fun. although i can't recall how audible willie was... i'll need to listen again (which i will, which is rare for a dead show in the 2000's). the other real highlight was the foolish heart > crazy fingers. it was unexpected material at the time and was a treat. the dark star > cassidy reprise rounded out an interstellar night of grooves. this is must have if you were there and highly recommended if you can listen to 2000 era dead.

WOW can't believe no one has left a comment on this show yet! Nice clean recording... Wished there were more from this tour up here! & More from the 2004 tour too.

What a killer setlist that includes 1st & 2nd Set Dark Stars & one of my Fav Dylan songs as the encore. Everyone seems to be having a great time clapping & singing along to this one... Not to mention Willie The Legend Highwayman Nelson sitting in with them for half of the first set!!!
